Olde guy in Michigan
Looking for some new outlooks and ideas, so thought I'd try here. I've got a modded out '12 Scab, and a little less modded out '04 Ranger.
I'll fill in what I've done a little later.
Been around pickups since forever, back in the '70's. Don't know it all, never will, but I try.

Thank you! Yep, all I've had are Fords since 1991, 12 of them to be exact. I have 3 right now counting my wife's '15 Focus. Thinking of maybe a new Bronco or Ranger, if I like them when they come out. But ultimately, a nice little Mustang GT in Ruby Red, could be on the horizon.
- '97 Chevy Cavalier -- general beater and work vehicle.
- '87 LTD Crown Victoria "garage queen" -- around 4700 original miles.
- '05 Escape -- my daily driver and work vehicle.
- '05 F-150 "garage queen" -- around 3200 original miles.
- '08 Mustang GT "garage queen" -- around 1000 original miles.
- '08 Taurus SEL -- around 10,000 original miles and the wife's new daily driver.
- '09 Ranger Sport -- my former daily driver now converted into a "garage queen" -- around 37,000 original miles.
I have been toying with the idea of getting a new Focus ST as the last addition to my collection of "toy vehicles" -- it's either that or look for an extremely low-mileage '94-'95 Thunderbird with the 4.6 engine. We'll see -- just don't get my wife going on the subject.....

Oh yeah, same with my wife. I was trying to get her into an ST when she got the Focus she has. LOL, she didn't like it because of the seats! Likely a good thing though, she's got a lead foot anyway.
Funny though, she really hasn't tried very hard to leave that Mustang at the dealer, she likes a manual trans, and the Ruby Red, same color as her Focus, and she does like the seats in that one! LOL I already have plans for a Borla exhaust and a tune, and a nice spot in my barn for the winter, right next to the 150, it doesn't get in very much salt, that's what the Ranger is for. Bought that new in '04, and just can't seem to part with it, it's starting to show it's age because of the winters, but it's been a very dependable little guy. Brakes, tires, exhaust is all it's needed mechanically. 160k+ miles, and the original clutch. I just picked up a rust free right door for it, even the right E4 color.

Yeah -- I know all about salt having grown up in Minnesota. Every time I go back home for a visit I am reminded of the toll it takes on automotive bodies -- something I definitely don't miss about the Midwest! The first few years I lived down in Texas I would spend half my time walking around parking lots in amazement seeing all the older vehicles that weren't completely rusted out......
