I have a 97 f150. 4.2 ...
Hoping to get some advice as to what might be wrong with my truck
"When i mash down on the gas pedal it doesn't go at all hardly...then after about 6 or 7 seconds later it finally starts to accelerate..rough idel..poor gas mileage...sputters
I changed plugs and it ran great for about a week...changed wires..all the coils are firing...Someone said it might be cat converter...

Got it diagnosed and got codes for intake runner control valves and02 sensor...and plugs and wires...but changed plugs and wires...still sputters and takes awhile to go when i mash the gas pedal...Any suggestions
