How tough is it to switch steering wheels?

I have a 99 Expy EB - and I bought a replacement Ford steering wheel off Ebay and want to switch it out. I know you have to remove the airbag and cruise controls and switch them to the new steering wheel... Do I need a puller? (Or any SPECIAL tools) Should the airbag be handled "special" (Don't want it going off in my face). Anyone switch steering wheels?

It's a factory same piece - my leather was starting to pull apart so I wanted to replace it.

Thanks in Adavance!!

Fred

Simple as pie, but you will need a puller. I used my damper/pulley puller (took a bit of rigging). The manual says you need a new steering wheel bolt, but I used the old one.
Just be a bit careful with the airbag -- I didn't have any problems, i just unplugged it.
If you need more, let me know.
