Lariat SuperCrew Captains Chairs

I have a 2001 Larial SuperCrew with tan leather captains chairs and would like to swap over to a 60/40 Lariat bench. Does anyone know of a good resource to find take-outs?

I've got one.

I have a tan leather 60/40 split bench, power drivers side in exellent condition if you want to trade.

you guys know you will have to also trade carpet, and tap some holes in the floor pan that arent threaded yet too.
