Seat adjustment dial broken

I've only had my new truck two days and the dial to adjust the seat level doesn't work. It will increase support if you dial it one way but will not decrease it if you dial the opposite way. All it does is make a clicking noise until it stops turning. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything I can do before I take it back to the dealer for a warranty fix? The problem is my dealer is about a half hour away and I'll have to leave it a while I'm sure. Any suggestions?

All I can say is take the **** off and use some plyers to turn the adjuster to see if it turns if it turns you know the **** is broken and just take it in have it replaced should be a quick fix but if it doesn't turn with the plyers you may have to get a new seat so take it to the dealer and see if they will give you a loaner for the time they have to service it a Good dealer will give you a loaner if you bought from them and take it back there for service.
