Well, when I first bought my truck the arm rests worked fine. Then they slowly got to where the "stop" parts would go further and further, and for awhile it'd get crammed in the seat going too far foward or too far backwards. I always meant to check it out, and I planned on removing them and seeing whats wrong, it felt like a **** was missing the stop point. Trying to remove it and I tightened it and everything was cool. Much easier than I thought. (this is just incase anyone else has the same problem, its very easy, wish i had seen a thread like this 4 months ago)
