You can buy a can of a/c disenfectant from Ford.
Or, one day when you are finished with the truck spray Lysol Disenfectant (kills 99% of germs) into each of the a/c vents. Leave it over night. Should kill the mold that builds up in the a/c ducts.

Spray the disinfectant in a couple of places.

Put the A/C control on MAX setting and fan on high. In the passenger footwell area, find the intake and spray it through there. Then,

Put the A/C control on any heat mode with temp set to high with fan on high. Spray through the cowling grate (between windshield and hood). I think the vent intake is on the passenger side, but not 100% sure. You should be able to hear the air rushing in.

Let it sit overnight and that should cure your odor problem.

To prevent this problem in the future, anytime you park your truck overnight, set the A/C control to Panel or A/C during the cooling season or any heat mode during the winter. That keeps the outside intake vent open which encourages air circulation which helps inhibit mould growth in the system. The worst thing you can do is to leave it in the OFF position after running it in a cooling mode.
