You're all such a bunch of goofballs.....
If you'd just right click on the pictures and check the properties, you'd see that it's a picture of a '97 Expedition
The pictures come from eBay, where if you look around, you'd see that all of the Expy's there do have this switch.

Your right .........98 or older......easy way to tell is the speedo cluster.
Has a analog odometer and the gauges are placed different in the 99's.
My folks have a 99 Expedition and they have the rear defrost in the same location though, under the light switch.
