Hey folks,

Just picked up a 2000 lightning, and am trying to find the best cleaner for the suede leather seats???

What is the best cleaner?
Better left to a professional?
Any tips to doing it?

First congrats, sure you will like the truck.

Secondly seats are cloth (fake suede), with a braided leather insert. Search Lightning forum for additional/ supporting information.

It is said that Blue Coral Foam works well on the cloth (suede part), use a good quality cream leather conditioner on the braided leather. Scotch Guard (fabric stuff) the fake suede part of your seats (carefull not to get it on the braided leather).

I use Blue Coral for fabric (but don't get it on the leather. For spot cleaning use KR2 or Goddards Dry Clean.
