I have a 99 Lariat Supercab and am wanting to know if anyone is aware of headrest which wll fit the stock rear seat. I have had the seat out and it looks like there might be mounting holes for headrest in the seat. Since I haul my teenage sons in the back on occasion, would like to have headrest to avoid their heads hitting the rear glass.

Great question. I look foward to seeing if anyone know of something that is factory style. My daughter is still in the child seat, but soon, the back of her head will be near the glass.
Whay they spared two dollars on not putting passenger headrests in the back is beyong me.

 

I made some with foam and matching material which are velcroed to the window.

 

Come on now! Is my wife really right and I'm that "special" to be one of only three people to have thought of this? You mean to tell me nobody else is tired of cleaning hair gel off the rear glass? What about the seat back on a screw, does it have headrest? Or is the seatback the same as the one on a crewcab?

 

A few years ago there actually was a headrest made for reg. cab pickups. It attached to the window with velcro,too. I haven't seen them in a long time,but they also came in popular int. colors.,,,,98
