weather tech fitment issues

i bought my wife some weather tech floor mats for her 2011 supercrew. the rear mat fits perfect, but the front wont fit at all. Has anyone have fitment issues with their over the hump front liner? I am in iraq and can't help my wife with the fitment issue. weather tech has already made me mad by saying we might not have installed it right. how hard is it to put a mat in? lol. i have heard nothing, but good things about these products. I love the way the rear looks, but I cant figure out whats up with the front, especially through emails. here is pics of the issues she is having. any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I figured it out. They sent me a chevy 1500 crew cab front mat. Its crazy trying to deal with parts and my wife having fitment issues. took 2 days for an email from weather tech i sent photos. then another 2 days to get a response asking me if my wife installed it correctly. their invoice had the right part number, but the mat had the wrong number. i know crap happens and I guess i jumped the gun. oops. its crazy doing things via email, especially when my wife has to do the majority of it along with everything else i would normally take care of. thanks for reading this thread, sorry for the wast of space

It was not a waste of space! I'm glad WeatherTech responded well when you told them the part number of the mat they sent. And, I know how difficult it is to try to "handle things" from a place where people want you dead.

I hope they make up for the hassle to your Wife. She, along with the thousands of other service spouses deserve a little "kindness" and more than just a "thank you".

Well an update. the correct mat is on its way. weather tech sent it out 2 days after my wife called them and they are sending us the fedex sticker to have them ship the other one back. I will have my wife take pics and try to post them after the install. Now onto planning the rest of her truck and then my ranger. We are working on a tonneau cover and bed rug. I am gonna surprise my wife with custom wet okole seat covers and under rail lighting in the bed that goes on when ever she opens the tonneau. Then lift and tires which will be able to handle mild and mid desert use.
