I have a new 2010 FX4 and I noticed that the manufacturer got a little sloppy with the glue on the center console. Where the shifter meets the console you can see dried up glue marks on the shiny plastic finish, it looks real tacky. Does anybody know of any glue remover that would work on plastic without destroying the finish? I took it to the dealer and they tried their secret spot remover, it didn't work.

 

I have the same problem my truck was in a fender bender big enough to set the airbags off and the previous owner glued the passenger airbag panel back on and lets just say it looks like sh*t.

I tried Goo Gone but that doesnt work either.
