Will expedition bucket seats mount the factory bolt holes in my 1997 f150 with the 60/40 seats without having to drill new holes or rig something up?

 

yes but you will have to thread the passenger side front left mount hole, its there just not tapped with threads. It's just a blank, not hard to do just did it with my Navigator buckets I modified for my 97. You will need hardware tho if you didn't scavenge it from the donor seat vehicle.
