I got a set of Wet Okoles for the front of my 2000 supercab from my wife and kids for Christmas. I liked them so much, that they bought me the rear set for my birthday. Putting the seat part on was easy enough, but the back rest had to be removed.

After trying to find out how to take the back off, I realized I was not alone in frustration!!

Here is the easiest way to do it:

There are 3 clips along the top edge of the seat. Two at the very ends of the backrest, and one right in the middle. You can see the middle one the easiest, so start there to know what you need to do.

Grab the top edge of the seat back firmly, with one hand on each side of the clip. Grab tight, and pull staright up HARD. It basicly stretches the fabric/foam, and you will be able to undo the seat from the middle clip. Now go to each end and do the same.

Once the top is undone, the two bottom clips (one on each end) of the back rest can be undone by pulling up on the backrest from each corner.

By doing the top clips first, it makes it MUCH easier to deal with the bottom.
