Some questions about seats

So I'm new to the 04-08 generation of F150s, and I have LOTS of questions.

My XL has the 40-20-40 split bench. Is that what's in all standard-cab trucks, or do the nicer trim packages have bucket seats? If buckets, what's in the middle?

I'm still on a quest to just swap out that storage-less jump seat for one WITH storage, but I wouldn't rule out changing all the seats to something with gray cloth if I can't find just the jump seat at a junkyard. I hear the gray vinyl's hard to find.

Thanks!

Yeah all regular cabs came with jumpseats. The gray cloth is very easy to come by. I've got one for sale in the classifieds BTW.

I wish that thing were gray vinyl instead of cloth. I'd take it off your hands in a flash...

Look on ebay for a center console, it replaced the 20 with a ton of storage. The arm rest will match the gray vinyl. Later on if you upgrade to cloth it will still look great with the interior and match everything.

ETA: Found one for sale on Ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-0...Q5fAccessories

That console's tempting, but I hate to give up the seating. I also don't think that console will work with a 5-speed manual.

that console should work as it wont go all the way to the dash but rather fit more where your jump seat is now.

It clears the 4x4 floor shifter, but I'm not sure about the 5 speed manual shifter. There is a picture of the clearance on the 4x4 shifter somewhere on this site.
