My interior is currently painted red...and i hate it. but i cant get the paint off and dont really want to buy all new dash pieces so i was considering painting them a different color. So if you have the 97 to 03 model and have painted your dash, could you post pictures so i can get some ideas as to what color to paint it? my factory color is grey and i was considering going and just getting a similar color but i dont know if i could exactly match it and that may end up looking funny. so i was thinking black maybe. it is a red truck but i am doing black accessories like fender flares to come and black running boards. Let me know what yall think. Thanks

what kind of running boards are you looking at? i took my stock one's off and not too sure if mine would fit on yours. dont see why it wouldnt actually. that is if you want the stock one's.

willys5555 What model Pioneer you got ?? I have the DEH - P2900MP mine looks just like yours... just out of curiosity what you got plugged to the aux... I have an inverter an plug my laptop up the plug the headphone out plug to my aux.. Got about 4000 mp3... Also movies on the laptop sound great when the audio is coming out of the HU instead of the crappy laptop speakers.. Nice looking interior..

 

yea that is the same head unit i have. and i have my zune hooked up to it.

and i hate the interior. haha the plastic piece around the radio is broken...i dont konw if you can see that in the pic or not but i had to replace it. and it is stock color. and i have decided that this would be the perfect time to change the color being that i hate it anyway. im thinking i am going to paint it black.

alright...monday is pay day so i should have some cash laying around. how did they mount on your truck? were they on the frame or on the body? and do you have all the mounting hardware?

cool. i guess my frame probably has the holes in it already...im sure they make all the frames the same...if not i will drill some. haha
