Heater/AC Blower Instrument Illumination

2001 Ford F-150XL

My Heater/AC & Blower Panel Controls work fine but there is no panel illumination ??
Any help on how to fix it would be helpful...

Mine went out on my 2000 F150. We took out radio and was able to reach down and get bulbs from there. Works fine now!!
