I hate to tell you something you don't want to hear but the only fix would be recovering the seat or seats with new covers.

I see leather F150 seat covers on eBay sometimes. There are many on this forum that have recovered their own seats they got from ebay.

Try going directly to the Katzkins or Classic Soft Trim websites and I'm pretty sure you can order directly through them. Each website (company) should also have recommended installers around your area that can order for you and even install it if you like.

As far as putting them in I'm afraid I can't help much there. I had a uphostery place do it for me.

There are a number of people on this forum who are quite adepth at it though and have even written up tutorials on how to do it step by step.

Hopefully somebody with more experience at it than I have will chime in here or even provide a link to a step by step "How to".
