I have an FX4 with the overhead rail system and what I assume to be standard map lights. I want to swap out the OEM's for LED's. Aside from getting a screwdriver and poking around does anyone know how to swap them out.....they fail to mention in the owner's manual and I don't see the question answered in previous threads.

On my 2006 XLT you grab from the front of the whole console up there and it pops off. Careful there are wires connected and you replace them from the top

I finished replacing all my lighting with LEDs today. It looks awesome. I did the dome, maps, high brake, reverse, corner lights,and license plate. My next mod is doing the guage, a/c, and window swithes, to match LED lighting
