window winder handle and seat back removal

2001 F150 how do I remove the window crank handle as I would like to reposition it? Also my lumbar in the drivers seat is not working and I would like to know how to get the plastic panel off the back of the seat? I am not sure whether or not there is a tool to remove the clips holding this panel or would a gentle pull release them. Thanks for any help.

The window crank handle is a two part deal, if you look closely around the edge closest to the door panel, you can pry it off with a flat screwdriver, but don't pull it straight out, just loosen it and then it swings out of the way, there is a screw behind there, torx I think. I think the seat back just pulls off, but I'm not sure about that one
