Cup holders dishwasher safe?

Cup holders dishwasher safe?
I have an '04 Lariat SCrew with the captain's chairs. Are the removable rubber cupholders and ashtray dishwasher safe? I could soak them in soapy water but the dishwasher would be simpler... They're pretty damn dirty.

Whew! That is being Really, really lazy! I mean two cup holders and an ashtray? 
C'mon man, get out the Dawn and clean them in the sink! Be sure to leave the mess, wives need to feel needed!
