Here is what I learned from living in Tampa for 10 years.
Allways place the selector in "vent" with the ac switch off every time you leave the vehicle. I also run my ac in normal for a few minutes following using it in max or recirculate. The cleaner will work, Lysol will also, may be a bit cheaper.
