I have a 2007 F250 Crewcab.

Both of the rear, outboard seating positions have seatbelts that are annoying. When an average sized adult sits in these locations, with the seatbelts engaged, the belts ratchet tight and lock the passenger into position. As the passenger moves, the belts pull tighter and tighter. Eventually, the passenger must unlock the seat belt, allow it to fully retract, and then re-engage the seatbelt. This happens repeatedly the entire trip.

No problems with the front seat belts.

Any clues?
