So I have not wiped my dash off yet, but I have around 1k miles now and it is a bit dusty. The manual said a wet rag or "ford interior cleaner". Is there something else I can use that is safe? I dont think a wet rag would protect it from fading in the heat. I dont want alot of shine, just something I can use to wipe the dust and protect the dash from UVs a little.

What does everyone use?

I don't worry about the fading, I clean it with the Armorall toweletts that are made to clean plastic and trim. They are also great for spots on cloth seats. I can't stand the Armorall protectant but the towette cleaners are great.
