HELP!!! removing headliner

i am trying to dynomat my roof and i am removing my headliner.

I have everything removed except the clothes hangers in the rear.

Some please tell me how to remove the 2 clothes hangers

there are a couple of threads on this somewhere. from what I have heard, flip down the little tab in the center of the coat hook, insert a small flat head screwdriver to disengage the clip and turn.
