Tear down anything that lights in green, unpeel the green tint on it, and put blue coated bulbs, or wire up LEDs.

It can be done but there is a lot of work involved if you want to change every interior light to blue. I am currently in the process of chaning mine. For the intrument cluster you have to take the whole thing apart and remove the green backing from the overlay. Once that is done you have to figure out what you want to do for lights.

My first atttempt was to put the little blue covers over the lights but that did not turn out as I had hoped. So now I am in the process of doing an led retrofit. I will actualy be soldering in 40+ leds into the cluster. Which should give me the out put that I am looking for.As for all of the other lights in the switch panels and stuff those must also be changed to blue LEDS because they are currently lit up by green Leds.

I have the Leds on order and once I get them in I will do a full write up and let everyone one how it went.

I don't have any pictures of anything, but it really isn't very hard. I just looked under the dash and found the bolts that held the plastic pieces on and started taking those out until the piece would come off, then I would move onto the next piece being careful that I didn't mess anything up.
