Just received leather covers from Newtakeoff.com, and am planning to start the install this weekend. Does anyone know where to find a pair of hog ring pliers and hog rings without having to go to an custom apolstery shop? Sorry about the spelling been a long night.
If you haven't already done the install...
When I put mine in, I took the advice of others and just used zip ties instead of hog rings. I just trimmed off the ends, and they've worked out perfectly so far for me. It's been a year and a half since I did the install. It saved me a TON of time and headache.

I used regular zip ties. Not the really flimsy ones, not the large heavy duty ones either. Really though, I think if you could use the thin ones and just put two or three extra ones in and it would hold as well, maybe fit better.
Well I installed my front covers last night, it took about 2 1/2 hours. I used hog rings which I found at Tractor Supply. I am going to install the lower rears today and have a upholstery shop sew up the arm rest for me this week. Everything was pretty much straight forward. Thanks for everyones help.

I will try to post pics in the near future. I had one hell of a time getting the lower rear seat out. I took the rear seats out without removing the frame. I think it took me longer to get the rear seats out then it did the put the covers on them.
