Gauge overlays
I don't have one but I heard that they are good AS LONG AS you install them perfectly. If they are just off by a little bit the colors (lights at night driving) look bad. Hope this helps

Most auto parts stores, like Pep Boys or Napa have the rubber bulb covers for sale in a variety of colors. I've seen green, blue, and red so far. Bad part is around here they are sort of costly, they are like 4 bucks for 2 rubbers I think. You'd have to buy enough rubber bulb covers for all the bulbs in your dash. You'd have to tear the cluster out, unscrew the bulbs and remove the green rubber cover and put on the ones you buy and reassemble everything. And depending on your taste, you'd have to change the bulb covers in the window switches as well.
always wanted to do the bulb cover switch, but, how would you get to the bulbs in the steering wheel for the cruise buttons? i want to switch to red. i wont do it unless i can get to change all the bulbs though.
