Help,,,2001,,,60/40 rear seat removal

I need some help in removing my rear 60/40 seats in my 2001 7700. Does anyone have any pointers they can pass my way???

There are two bolts behind the seats up on the cab wall that bolt the seatbelts down...don't forget about them. You won't be able to see them unless you fold down the seat. Other than that, it's easy.

I am going to try it on boxing day,,,I hope its not too hard,,,how does the back part of the seat come out?

As in the back rest or the butt rest?
