Driving Gloves

Anyone here use driving gloves? I was getting tired of my hands feeling sticky and sweaty while driving with the leather steering wheel so I bought a pair of leather batting gloves today. I was pretty suprised to see my hands were hardly sweaty inside the gloves. I might actually make this a habit especially considering it continues to be well over 105* here. It may look stupid, but it might prolong the life of the leather wrapped steering wheel.

My wife and I carry a pair of light nylon type gloves in glove box of our rigs. Sometimes in the summer here in Las Vegas, even with a window shade up the steering wheel is quite hot to the touch. So a pair of light gloves helps ease the shock of trying to hold the wheel until the air cools stuff down. I am thinking remote start is looking good also!

Not a bad idea. Just dont make a habit of wearing the gloves once you get out of the truck..
