help with messed up seats

Hi i have a 1998 Ford F150 4x4 5.4L Lariat, with tan leather seats. The driver seat itself, not the back of the seat, is all torn and 75% of the foam is showing, its really bad. These are captain chairs so they have armrests that fold down, and the drivers armrest is really torn up as well. I am looking to fix this, and was wondering where I could go to have someone do it, or buy the parts from Ford maybe. I don't want to replace them with seat covers/sheapskin, I just want to make it look like new. On the drivers seat, the back of the seat is in really good condition, so I only need to replace the insert and the armrest. Thanks

There are places that recover seats. A co-workers son bought a 2006 F-150 XLT and had the seats recovered in leather. You may want to ask around, or ask the local Ford dealer. If you are really gung ho, you can buy the kits to recover your seats online and do it yourself.
