Kleexex holder in center console?

I have an 04 with center console. I think the space on the lid is for a box of kleenex? I have yet to find the correct size anywhere. Anyone have any sugestions or is it even a kleenex holder?

If it's the same one that's in my 2000 F-150, yes it holds tissues. It's the small size packages. My wife keeps them in her purse for the kids. They come in a celophane wrapper and are about the size of the holder. I think they come in like 3 packs or something.

My 05 has one on the console lid. It takes a small square box of tissues. My wife got them for me at target but they should be available most places I would think.

Has anyone ever found the "official" Ford recommended purposes for these odd openings? The ones in my '01 drove me nuts - haven't paid any attention to my '05, but I recall an odd shape or two in it as well. If it is in the owner's manual I missed it...

It is a tissue box holder. It is the same size size as in my daughter's 2000 Exploper. We get the tissue boxes at Wal-Mart. I believe the boxes are at the checkouts with the candy and magazines.

If it's anything like my '97 Mountaineer had, it would be a Kleenex Jr. box. They are available at Target and Walmart, and you can usually spot them as individuals boxes with colorful cartoonish designs at the registers at some Walmarts.

OK, that's one of the two funky slots - now what's the other one for? It's shallower and wider?

Are we talking about the console that's part of the middle seat or the one on the flow-through console?

I've got the middle seat version and I've tried every possible kleenex box down to the kind that are in the teeny tiny plastic wrap and none of them fit in it.

Post pictures of the slots. I have a front and rear center console and the slots are offset by 90 degrees, so one's wider than the other. They both take the same box of kleenex, just turned 90 degrees.

On my 2003 SCrew FX4, The "travel" pack of kleenex was in there when I bought it, and the 'other ' slot is the perfect size for my check book.

I don't know what it's for, but that's what I use it for

Kleenex Juniors

They are not readily available at many places. I get mine at a drugstore and believe the name is Kleenex Juniors.
