is it rattling or something...mine did...05 FX4 screw...I took it back to the dealership and they added form blocks that really 'tightened' it up and took away the rattling...

I had and still have the same problem with a noisy headliner on a 05 fx4, I thought mine was sagging until the dealer informed me that if you have a sunroof its supposed to be a droped headliner so it hangs down a bit to allow for the glass, but mine rattles over bumps when its cool in the cabin. The dealer added the form blocks but it still makes a sound like the glue is half grabbing and sticky until the cabin warms up about 25 min when its 7deg c outside. They have tried three times but still cant stop the rattle.

I have an 05 with sun roof and the headliner is also hanging. Dealer also said it's normal. What I don't understand is, I have other vehicles with sun roof and the headliners are nicely secured not like this one.

I have heard that you can take a needle and put some super glue on the tip and push it through the fabric into the backing and it will keep it up pretty well. You would just have to do it a bunch of times so it will keep the whole area up.
