Removing Smells
odors
no need to by the feminine product just use whats in it, 50/50 water and vinegar, a natural cleaner and odor eliminator, it will take about a week for the vinegar smell to go away, but it will kill just about any odor!! I recently scrubbed my light gray interior with this and it cleaned my interior better than anything I have ever spent alot of money on, wont stain or damage anything, leaves no suds or residues behind, and you can even clean your windows with it! Think about it!! If it works in feminine products it should be able to take on just about any odor!!!

Be aware that some newer model F150s now have replaceable Cabin Filters. Also, I have run across aftermarket filters that 'bolt on' through the vent in the intake at the base of the windshield. Keep in mind that these will do nothing to help the internally generated smells.
