My smoke smell is GONE! I used the following products to remove the smell:

Baking soda (arm-n-hammer flo thru boxes)one under each seat.
Armor All brand Odor Out, sorta like fabreeze, I sprayed all over the interior including the ceiling overnight until the bottle was empty.
Lots of rides home from work with the windows down!

I've left the truck completely closed up now for 2 days and the smell is completely gone!
