Dirty Leather Steering Wheel
I noticed this was an issue at the Expedition site and was wondering if anyone here has this problem. I tried searching but it didn't turn up anything.
The spots on the steering wheel you DON'T touch turn black. I have a tan wheel. I showed it to the dealer yesterday and he said he never seen it before. It's like the black comes out of the pores of the leather. Other dealers have replaced it under warranty. My dealer said if the threads were popping loose he would replace it (hint-hint).
It cleans up with leather cleaner and I condition it but it only lasts two weeks or so.
Anyone have this problem???
