Post Visor Decal Removal

Has anyone attempted to remove the air bag warning decals on the visors? How about the one on the passenger seat belt? I'd like to get them off but they look as if they were heat-transferred on....

Thanks.

I don't believe that it's possible to remove those warning decals, they're pratically fused into the fabric that covers those visors... You'd probably destroy the visor fabric if you attempted to.

I removed the sticker on the back of my driver's side visor. Does nor destroy fabric but leaves behind adhesive that collects dirt and makes it look real bad. I'm looking for some type of sticker to cover the area. Any suggestions?

If you want them off that bad..... Go to an upolstry shop and get sone material to match. When I got some it was 15 bucks a yard. More than enough. Remove the visors. Lay the on edge and cut down the seam. Once you do this you will notice that all they are is cardboard. Peel off the material from the cardboard. Lay the old on top of the new and cut out a pattern to match. Get some spray adhesive Spray down the back of the cardboard and the material. Thin coats. cover the cardboard, run some adhesive inside and pinch it together. Put a couple of books on it for the night and let it dry over night. put it back on in the morning. Will take about 2 hours of your time and cost less than 25 bucks. This is the best way to remove the stickers!!!

Have also done headliners. Ask later.
