Fabreeze rocks for stink. For keeping your truck smelling fresh everyday, toss a couple dryer sheets (whatever scent you find appealing) under your seats. Dryer fresh every day! Replace every few weeks or so... you'll figure it out.

Just tried the frebreeze air deodorizer in the house. It got rid of wet dog smell, breast-fed baby gas and something rotting smell. God, do I love living in a 200 yr old farm house.

I agree with the Febreeze.

Another thing is to place a box of baking soda under the seat to help absorb the odors. Just like the ones you put in the freezer to kill smells.

just tried the febreeze.........didnt work. Just bought a 93 Bronco and the previous owner loved his dog, needless to say it smells like dog. Febreeze worked for aprox 15 mins before wearing out. Any other ideas?

Fabreeze didn't cut it?! Holy cow! Did you soak the interior really good? I'm talking like the whole flippen' bottle. Plus you gotta leave it all open until it dries out...

Shampoo-er is a good idea as well... then more fabreeze..

Try a pet store, they sell dog odor remover. But 1st take it to a cleaning place that can get the smell out by steam cleaning the seats good and carpet they have the stuff for tuff smells or spray the inside down good with odor remover floors, door panels and head liner. wipe everything down with bleach wipes, then febreeze it all after it drys a few times. the smells gets in and on anything inside the vel , not just the seats. Also replace the floor mats ,rubber is bad on holding smells in them. You know that dog had the run on the inside of the Bronco when it was alone. Hope this works for you. I smoke so I spray febreeze on my carpet and headliner ever now and then to keep the smell down.

Smile Bad odor

I don't like the fabreeze smell. The best product I found is a GM product, General Motors Odor Eliminator. Part # 12378554, available at all GM dealers. Works fantastic, and it is Odorless. I even use it when I go hunting. Also great for washing clothes and hands to get the greasy smell off. Best stuff on the market, bar none.

I too, don't like covering up the odor with a Febreeze or other air fresheners.

I've had great results with an odor eliminator called "Atmosklear". It's odorless and claims to neutralize the odors, not cover them up. The best part is you can spray the solution into your fresh air intakes and eliminate odors in your A/C system ductwork. When finished all you smell is fresh air, not perfume.
