2004 Lariat "Wood" Trim Dash Panel Squeek

With less than 500 miles on my new 04 Screw Lariat, the fake wood dash panel that surrounds the radio/ac has a annoying squeeking noise. I can stop the noise by lightly pressing on the face of the unit. Does anyone have this same problem, and have you found a way to correct the problem?

How do you remove this trim piece?

Same truck same problem

Bubble gum? Don't know.
It used to be we would put corn starch on things. Won't hurt anything and stops squeaks.

(we're talking a few grains, not a table spoon)

if when you remove that center i/p panel and it is held by clips, (im assuming they are since i havent removedmine yet to look) spread the clips out so that they will retain better and or add a small piece of foam on each side.
