Not sure how to remove the old switch?? Will appreciate any help.

 

I replaced mine last year. Its all plastic. You have to pry up the plastic panel in which the switch is mounted. Once it is loose, just disconnect the wires and pull the switch loose. Just be careful when prying so as not to damage the plastic panel.
