inner door panel removal of 2000 ford f150

inner door panel removal of 2000 ford f150
I am tryingto removce the inner door panel on the passenger side to replace outer handle and check door lock actuators. OI dont know how to get the panel loose.

1-Pop off the rear window trim and remove screw.
2-Pop off the plastic cover behind the door handle and remove screw.
3-If electric, pop up the control panel (lift front first) and disconnect plugs.
4-If manual, remove window crank.
5-Lift door panel up and out.
6-Disconnect door light if installed.
Reverse to install
