Does anyone know how to do either of the folwing repairs?

1.Shoulder belt loose, will not retract when release. How can the tension ratchet be adjusted?

2How do you replace the cable in the drivers seat lumber support
adjusting mechinism?

 

yeah, I would also like to know the answer to #1. Mine never seems to want to roll back.
