My truck has the rubber floor covering (not carpet). I love it, easy clean up and don't have to worry to much about spills and wet/muddy shoes ruining the carpet.

My question though, is what is the best way to clean it? Currently I am just using soap and water and a little scubbing power. But my concern is that over time it will dry out and start cracking and fading. I would like to put some kind of vinyl protectant on it, but most of them will make the surface slippery. What do you guys use?
