This is a weird one. 2015 Lariat, illuminated sun visor passenger side. When closed, lights are on. When opened to use the mirror, lights are off.

I imagine this requires checking the switch and how it mechanically operates from the mirror cover door. How do I disassemble the visor mirror components?

Any help or references would be greatly appreciated.
