I’m hoping someone can help me out with this. I just installed rock lights on my 2016 F-150 XLT. I have the the positive and negative wire directly hooked to the battery and the accessory power wire, fuse tapped into the passenger compartment fuse panel. I would really like to wire a relay to the dome lights in order to have the rock lights act as illuminated entry lights whenever the dome lights come on, while also having the option to control it by a switch and the remote. I need help locating the wire that controls the dome lights so I can tap into it. I have done some research on relays but I don’t have much experience with that either so any information on wiring the relay would be appreciated too! I don’t know a lot about wiring and stuff but I’m learning and I know I can figure it out. I just mainly need some help locating that wire. Thanks a lot for any help!
