Headlight and fog lights

I have a 13' expedition and he headlight and fog light are out on the driver side, bulbs are good and the fuses are good. Anyone have any clue to what's the problem?

I wonder if they share a common ground? If they do and that is bad, neither light would light. You could check the ground side with a continuity tester (most multimeters have that function).

Led fog lights

So last night I installed some led bulbs to replace my original fog lights and now my fog lights won't turn on and when ever I try tu turn them on my high beams turn on instead.
