Led fogs causing interference

As the title says, I installed some lights. Anzo 3"x3" led cube lights in my front bumper. They are causing static interference with my FM radio. My 52" LED light bar does not cause this issue. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Get rid of the cheep-azz LEDs and the problem will go away.

Great response. As an FYI I've seen owners talk about their KMD lights and Ridid lights doing the same and how it's caused by rfi. My lights are 3x3, 5w each, total of 20w, 560l, made in USA, $99. I've found just now that it's the drivers causing it, and if the rf is greater coming from the source it will overpower the rf in a radio and cause white noise, which can be cancelled by a ferrite clamp. Thanks anyhow!

That is weird all right Ryan. I have a 54" light bar and the power wire goes right passed my antenna on the passenger side. No issues with FM radio. THEN AGAIN I don't keep the light on that often so I've never tested it.

My guess... interference from the UNSHIELDED lines.

What you could try is get yourself some shielded power wire and try that. You'll want to connect the drain in the shielded wire (that's the metal wire) to the fog light housing, and the other end somewhere in the engine cab that's grounded... see if that helps out at all.

Cool, thanks for the advice! So I'm clear, I'm essentially using the drain wire as a grounding wire from the housing to the ground in the engine bay and running the shielded power wire from the light as I normally would?
