Are there any good HID projectors that fit the 05-07 superduty?
I don't think there are any HID headlights for any superduty headlights. unless you make them yourself.

Holy crap!!!! $445 dollars, bud you can do a retrofit for way cheaper than that, and have 100x better output.

It's called a cutoff shield, not a 'shutter'.

And yes - Bi-Xenon means both low and hi-beam functionality is present, courtesy of said shield and solenoid.

For more details, refer to that site's Installation Guides, FAQ section, etc. And the University section on this site: www.HIDPlanet.com.

TRS also has a UBoobToob channel fer y'all visual types:

THE H1, DS2, and FX-R there is a big price difference, what is the difference in output? Is it worth it?
What about upgrading from the XB36 bulb to a nightbreaker or extreme vision? Thats about $100 upgrade. Is it worth it?

Fx-r >D2S> H1.
But for ease of install I'd o
Go D2S because the fx-r is only marginally better than it..

To me the $100 dollar upgrade is worth it, because the Osram and Phillips bulbs are genuine OEM, meaning precise alignment in the projector bowl, max output, and max reliability.

Don't get me wrong the XB bulbs are great and have gone thru much R&D just not as much as OEM...
FX-R are harder to install because you actually have to cut away at you reflector bowl and install them using steelstick of some form.
The Mini projectors have a shaft that you just stick thru the existing halogen hole and a nut threads on the back to hold it in place. There will be some small grinding, but nearly as much as the FX-R.
