Bingo !!

912 to 921 is a 25% wattage increase and a 75% lumen output increase.
912 = 12 W & 12 lumen
921 = 16 W & 21 Lumen

compare 42 lumen ( 21 x 2 ) vs 2800 lumen ( 2 x 1400 total per ) for Sound Off Signal LED light heads.

12 vs 21 lumen is playing for second place.
