PIAA lights came in today!

Last Friday I ordered 2 sets of PIAA 520 SMR extreme white plus off of eBay they just got here today. Not to bad in my opinion for free shipping from Texas. I just opened them up and boy I was impressed with the packaging the box wasn't beat up to begin with I opened the box and the lights are in their own individual boxes wrapped in plastic. The whole wiring harness was wrapped up nicely with the relay and switch all in there own seperate box from the lights. So on that point I'm impressed. I will be installing them tomorrow on a Smittybuilt street light bar on the front of my 2011 Fx4. I will be sure to update with pics and and the rest of the shenanigans.

Alright so I had some time today and got my light bar on and installed my PIAA lights. The light bar mounted up perfectly with no issues came with the bolts and everything. The lights didn't go to bad either. The only complaint with the lights was the wiring harness seemed to be a lil bit short. Had to splice some extra wire in to run the switch wires to the cab. All the other wiring was great everything had nice tight connecting connectors and eyelets put on for positive and negative. So after I ran all the wiring buttoned all the wiring up with wire loom electrical tape zip ties and di-electric grease. I also painted the white PIAA letters on the rock guards to red. So overall I like the look of them on the truck and have nothing but the highest recommendations for PIAA lights!
